great speaker
sound is very good, but i got other sony party speakers what where more money, the best thing is this speaker has a cd player plus a myself 2 of these so can have the sound in stereo, i don't why Sony don't have cd players in all if there party speakers, that's the main reason i got 2 of these speakers my other Sony party speakers are better than these but for the price these speakers are very good.

Okay sound system that plays CD’s, digital audios, and radio
I bought this system to play CD’s after my last stereo stopped working. It’s well built and looks like good quality which you know comes with Sony. The sound quality is decent, but I wish it could have been a lot better. It has a ton of settings to adjust what type of music EQ’s you want and it also has blue flashing lights that beat to the music. I thought the app that came with it would program the blue light to change to other colors as the ads hinted at, but no, it doesn’t do any of that. I was a little disappointed that blue is the only color you can display. I wish the bass was a bit louder and the treble a little clearer. I have a small Bose speaker for Bluetoothing my digital music to that sounds way better than this larger Sony speaker. It says you can use it for Karoke but I haven’t tried it yet and it doesn’t come with a microphone but you can plug one in if you own one as well as a guitar amp. It does play CD’s and radio well which is primarily what I bought it for. The ad states it was portable and for outdoors, but it plugs in and is not battery operated so I’m not sure how you would play this outside without chords and outlets available. It also came from another country and nothing is written in US English, even the EQ settings read out in a foreign language. I was sent one meant for South America, Brazil, Spain, etc….In spite of it all, I decided to keep it as it easier to keep it than having to send it back.
