Made in china
I researched Southwire to see where they made their tools. It appeared everything was made in the USA. I was very disappointed to find out when I received my package that the pliers were actually made in China.

Very solid linesman pliers
Looked at slot of so- so reviews on thesepliers. I found them surprisingly good Cut and striped 12/2 romex cableeasily.

Excellent tool for eleclrical work
I'm not a professional electrician, but these are damned nice pliers for working with copper house wire. They are well made and very comfortable in the hand. Probably more tool than I really need since I bought them for the occasional electrical DIY home improvement project.
