Best and most efficient sustainable sponges, they feel a bit harder than your regular plastic sponge but NO RISK of microplastics which to me makes it totally worth it. Perfect to do the dishes, this is our second order already! Clean very well, and we replace them every month or so.

Great quality with reasonable price. The scorer does good job even for the burnt pots (just soak them over night), and it's also gentle enough not to scratch the enamels of inside the cast iron pots. I replace one every month. The old ones go to the compost after being used for cleaning jobs.

Much better than the cheap ones from supermarket. They last longer and are better for the environment.

Love these sponges. Work well and biodegradable too. Dropped a star rating as I ordered the s shape sponges but actually received the rectangular ones. Doesn’t really make a difference but item had wrong sticker on it so Amazon shipped wrong item.

Initially it's very "hard", but once I used it for a few days it feels like a normal sponge. I live the fact that this is compostable and sustainable. Given the price of normal sponge, I am very happy with the price and quality of this product. I'll keep buying it!

I don't normally rewiew products that I consider consumable, how ever I feel I need to share my experience about these washing up sponges. Absolutely brilliant I'm still using the first sponge out of the box!!!! I halved it to start with, as I thought it was a bit too big. I'm still using the first one after two months. It has not fallen apart like the ones bought from the supermarket. It quite frankly brilliant. I bought a box of twelve and at this rate it will be a couple of years before I get through them. You can wash them by sticking them in the microwave. I'll be buying them again without doubt.

Sponges are great and last well. My only concern is it says on the packaging “Recyclable Packaging, with no plastic” but the cardboard box has a coating of plastic all over it - so that statement is untrue and I’m not convinced it is recyclable…for that reason I only give 3 stars. Obviously part of the reason I want this product is to reduce plastic on the environment! Sponges themselves are fab - no microplastics shedding all over my dishes anymore!

These are brilliant and affordable! I bought the far more expensive brand that starts with an 'S' last year and once I ran out, looked whether there are any other non-plastic options available now. And found these! The other brand's scourer part (loofah) is far too soft for the purpose, so I actually had to keep buying the traditional environmentally UNfriendly ones to be able to get pot and pans clean. These ones have a coconut choir based scourer part which cleans pots and pans perfectly. Result! Cheaper and better. I actually cut the rather large size in three so that I can clean wine glasses etc more easily - otherwise I find the size too big as it's quite rigid. This means that the one 24 pack I bought will last for years. I have just come to a month since starting to use one 1/3 of a sponge, and it has lasted as well as the ridiculously expensive ones.

In my original review, I complained about the poor adhesive quality of the glue keeping the sponge and coconut husk fiber together. I wrote: The sponge is absorbent and the coconut husk fiber cleaNed very well. I think the price is reasonable and the fact it can go right into the composter is wonderful. BUT, in my pack of 12, most of the sponges separated from the coconut husk backing within 2-3 uses. I continued to used them separately until it was time to replace (about a month). But a few of the sponges adhered to their coconut husk backing for the whole month and that was excellent. Seems like there is inconsistency in their product. I hope the company is able to resolve this because it’s a great alternative to regular sponges. The seller refunded my purchase and encouraged me to purchase another box, which I did. So far, every sponge has stayed glued to the coconut husk. I am very happy with this product now and would recommend it (plus I give 5 stars for excellent customer service)
