fit perfect has a little smell but it started working as soon as i put it on i have not tried taking it off . they say it is hard i will let you know later

This was/is an awesome idea! Taking a diving "wet suit" and converting it to a weight loss-water loss workout vest! Much better than a Velcro closing "waist trimming" belt were the Velcro can easily wear out.Size is just right but a somewhat tight fit- that is to be expected but somewhat uncomfortable. Also those allergic reaction some components will need wear a shirt beneath it. That being stated, it works phenomenal and is more than a great price for the value.Some issues are it recommend wash after very use, and not recommended to place in dryer so takes quite awhile to air dry necessitating the need for more than one if get it sweat logged. Furthermore, those shoulder issues sort of tricky to get on and off. Hence reason 4-Star review!In the end this is a great idea and product that works as advertised.

It fits snug but needs to be washed before being worn hand washed air dry and thin shirt under so has not to get a rash..

I’m 5ft 6inches weighing 250 lbs. this works great at the gym. You feel like you are burning more calories and sweating. The problem for myself is I can’t remove the shirt. I had to use a pair of scissors and cut the get myself out. Other people who purchased may not experience the same problem. I really would give it 4 1/2 our of 5stars since it is great for the gym if you want to lose weight but 2 stars since I was unable to take it off and had to use scissors to get myself out and ended up throwing the cut up pieces away. I may have to try the neoprane zipper shirts

It is just as tight as it needs to be and works great!

It’s perfect. A little hard to takeoff when sweating. Makes you sweat a lot. Does the job.

Unfortunately after a few times wearing it to the gym it has started rubbing under my arm making it unbearable to wear.

Item started ripping out of it seam.
