I love this brand and it’s sold at my naturopathic dr so I know it’s good. If you know you know, you need the vit K with the vit D for proper absorption!

Without taking this twice a day I get terrible leg cramps. The doctors never c;deck your zinc level when they order blood work done. You have to ask for it to be checked!!?

Keep them in the jar because they do breakup when left out in a pill container.

I've been using this for years and the product itself deserves 5 Stars but I received it today with the glass bottle shattered. I was going to return it but I just don't have the time. I simply cleaned each tablet carefully and placed them in another old zinc bottle.

We tried several zinc supplements and all of them really irritated my wife’s stomach. This is the first zinc supplement that didn’t bother her stomach at al! I am taking it as well before bed with magnesium and I’m sleeping SUPER deep which apparently happens with a highly absorbable Zinc. Goes really well with a magnesium supplement.
