Game Changer - get one size smaller
First, Started out at 6ft 225lbs. Previously it didn’t matter what I did could not crack that 220lbs range.Let me start off which saying working out is an emotional journey and you can have all the supplements and drinks and videos but it’s imppr to fully understand what are you working out for. For me it was to get back to the person I once was. Slimmer, athletic, faster, stronger etc. Once I got connected to that person emotionally that led to me finding supplements and routines that really work for me that I could stick with.Fast forward:I’m now at 215lbs. You know you loss weight when windows hello IR camera keeps asking you to retake your photos because it can’t recognize you haha..Step#1I figured out through a lot of trial and error that most of my weight was water weight and not fat. I’m sure I’ll get to the fat eventually but right now my focus is the water weight.Which meant I had to sweat more. But on my own I kind of theorized that what if the sweat was being obsorbed back into my body after workouts. So I started wearing hoodies. That was a game changer a lone. Then I started wearing 2 tee shirts with the hoodie. Another game changer. That brings me to the Men’s Waist Trainer Vest.Since I wear large tee shirts ~snuggly~ don’t laugh I figured get a medium. I knew it would be tight asf but that’s the whole point. Tighter means sweat more!Jackpot!!!! Sweating like crazy. It absorbs the water and it even has some cooling effects when I’m outside versus the sun bearing down directly on my body. Another thing I read online is that sometimes you have to start putting on workout cloths to get motivated. Well I can attest to that when ever I put on this vest it definitely gets my pumped and ready to workout. After a few more weeks I’ll be ready to buy a size small vest can’t even believe it.Now:There’s something else that really helped me lose the lbs and IMO was equally beneficial when I’m jogging on the treadmill. I do wind sprints and keep challenging myself to go faster and faster (8min mile, 7min mile and this week I cracked going 6min mile ) feel like I can go even faster next time. After each wind sprint I walk it out then back to the sprint. Wind sprints are also good for the heart.Sprinting is another game changer. I challenge anyone who is trying to lose weight to sprint more and dress in layers when you do it and the results will speak for themselves. If you are interested in recovery options.Dr Christopher’s Bone and Tissue oil not the balm version is another game changer as it literally heals bone and cartilage. I use it every night before bed and in the morning before working out. Use it for my knees and the bottom of my feet. Both Black Seed Oil, Tumeric Supplements and B1 Vitamins help with joint inflammation and lingering nerve pain.I researched Tart Cherry Supplements also help with nerve pain and joint inflammation. On my way to Whole Foods to give that a shot. Recovery is equally important so I hope these recommendations help you like have helped me.Good Luck on your journey of becoming the better version of you!

Fits well when you get the right size I would say for bigger guys go a size up overall great product. Can get itchy so I usually wear an undershirt under it other than that solid

For a guy my size is would go with the size you usually wear
So I'm leaving it at a 3 star. First from other reviews everyone would say get a size small which I did. Mind you I an 5'7 224lbs. I usually were 2x shirts so i got a XL thinking it would fit nicely. Recieved it today tried it with quite a struggle had a to suck it in. Was able to zip it up kina tight but comfortable. It's a tight fit but I know I can still use it to get the same results I bought it for.

Would give more stars if I could
Here is my story:I wanted a garment to reduce the size of my abdomen so I could wear better clothes, and something I could use during workouts to keep my core in its natural place even when I walked, which is what I was doing at the beginning. I researched the sizes and bought one adequate for me based on my waist (38) and reviews by others. When It arrived I had a really hard time zipping it up even without a shirt on. It was a struggle to do that. When I finally managed, my abdomen looked just like it did before except it was now more round. To avoid embarrassment I put a t-shirt on top of the garment and went for a bike ride. I kept checking and yes, as my abdomen shrunk so did the vest - so what? Who needs it? And who said perspiration alone is responsible for fat burning? These were the critiques in my mind. I didn't like the garment.I wanted to return it but it had already touched my body and yes, it was soaked with my preparation. So it was going to stay. I kept wearing it on top of a shirt, struggling to zip it ups, and wore a shirt on top of it, and I went for walks, bike rides, etc., and yes, i was motivated to feel a more flat abdomen while wearing this - it helped keep my core more rigid. In the meantime, I had learned a way to wear this thing by zipping it up half way and wearing it like I wear a t-shirt. Still a bit of struggle, but at least the zipper was half way up. Every time I came back from a 3-mile walk on land or treadmill the lower t-shirt was soaked wet from perspiration.Today I decided to wear it the way it is intended. I put a t-shirt on as usual to keep it off my skin, and wore it like a dress shirt and zipped it up with one motion. This means something must have changed during these two weeks or so, and I am crediting that change in great part to this garment. I believe that in a little while, as this garment becomes looser on me pre-workout, I might get the next smaller size.I am a structural engineer by trade and I knew deep down that if I have fat in my abdomen and the fat is pushing my belly out, there can't be any garment that could push it back unless it pushed the stuff so hard to force my diaphragm up and keep me from being able to breath. But I wanted to try this any way, and it happened to be the best 25 bucks I have spent.
