The design of this product is bizarre. It’s not all foam and where there should be foam is flat, very uncomfortable corners at the top and the bottom peak is too big and bulgy. It slides everywhere on your back. I have to keep adjusting it to stay in the middle bc it moves with every movement even when I’m laying down. The whole thing is just uncontrollably, I do not recommend this product.

Good Compression, Not Wide Enough
This back board offers good compression for my back after lipo 360 but it’s not wide enough and the cushion does not extend to the top of the board, it’s localized to the middle with emphasis at the spine. I love the curvature at the bottom and the point fits nicely in the dip of my lower back. It’s the perfect firmness so that it’s comfortable but easily slips into my faja. I throw it in the washer and it has held up well. Please make wider ones for us big backs!
