Used to purchase the pure oil version of this but it’s too expensive and also tasted really strong. When I saw these gels and half the price, I decided to give a try. Definitely very convenient and I can take few in a pill box for traveling which I did twice in the summer. Small sized gels so easy to swallow. They do have that same strong smell but don’t bother me as much since the oil is not directly in contact with mouth and throat. I love this brand and this particular one for digestion which was first recommended by a nurse friend. It soothes my stomach if I ever experience bloating or heartburn which happens quite often to me. It’s really natural so I don’t worry about chemicals or preservatives.
