Beautiful Hot Tub
I’ve returned this Hot Tub. Not because of any problems but as much as I loved this I realized I’m not up to taking care of it. At 74 I don’t have the stamina to keep up with the maintenance. It’s not the hot tub it’s me😉. I had a pool & hot tub at my previous home & I miss them. Thought it was a good idea👎If you’re looking for a great price and an amazing hot tub you won’t go wrong buying this one. One other comment if you want to get a grip on setting it up check out YouTube. A lot of videos for setting it up maintaining & taking it down if you want to store it over the winter. Instructions booklet that came with it are a little unclear. But once you got it you got it. Enjoy!

Great Choice
I chose this hot tub for size, the hydrojets on the sidewall, the numerous airjets, the seat, & the technology. It was a little nerve racking spending so much on the inflatable design but overall it was the best choice. In reading numerous reviews on inflatables I found the biggest regret was buying too small. This is really good for two adults in my opinion, but four is doable. My greatest surprise was how well the airjets massage the whole body...it feels incredible! There is a 2nd inner circle of airjets in the bottom middle that massages your legs & feet. If you sit just right against the wall the outer ring of airjets will massage your entire back, & then bring your arms to the sides to get the full effect. You'll have to sink low to get your neck & upper shoulder region but you can place your feet against the opposite seat to hold you down so you don't float upwards. The hydrojets are good for the areas needing pressure, which uses the same pump as the heater so the heat shuts off when the hydrojets are in use. I use the airjets first so the water continues to heat, then I use the hydrojets to finish the job (can't use both at the same time.) Keep it at 104 degrees due to mild fluctations while in use, & keep the lid on when not in use. The lighted jets can replace any hydrojet hole, & I placed them where I felt the jets would be used less often as the stream has less power. The picture with the lid off shows tiny bubbles as I had just turned off the airjets (initially I was concerned as I thought maybe it was a chemical imbalance.) I bought a 1 inch thick mat (comes in 24" puzzle pieces) for protection & support. Make sure you get enough mat to go under the pump as the pump must align for plumbing lines. I set up my 10'x10' tent with weights to protect from the weather as the lid dips down & collects rainwater, & the tent is large enough to also cover the electronics. The plugin is huge & will not fit any ordinary outside electric box so you will need an electrician to install a proper outlet on the exterior wall of your house (see last picture.) You can use an extension cord (keep the plugin high & dry) until you can get this done, but that is not a permanent solution regarding safety concerns. The manufacturer video shows a woman setting up the tub. She must have been a bodybuilder because I could not have done this without my husband, who is very strong. I have concerns about this manufacturer when the time comes for pump replacement or repairs of any sort, but I chose to take the risk because there was no way I could afford a hard shell hot tub, and they appear no less reliable than the rest of the inflatable tub manufacturers. As popular as the inflatable hot tub is now, I hope all manufacturers will continue to make needed improvements. Also, my husband is a master mechanic so I leave it in his good hands to solve any problems. I'm lucky in this way that I can make what I feel is a somewhat risky financial venture. You may contemplate a cheaper/smaller model for less financial risk, but the reward will not be as satisfactory, in my opinion. This has been the best decision I have made for my well being in a long time. I hope it lasts!...and so does my cat!

Good spa but has issue.
I have had this spa for 2 weeks and its maybe had 10 hours of usage . The spa was easy to setup (took 20 minutes). It has plenty of room for 2 adults maybe 3 if they are smaller but any more than that and you will need to be careful where your feet go. The walls are solid and the top is a little bit of a pain because you need to be careful of where you sit it because the thing is like a dirt magnet when its wet. Its not uncomfortable to sit in and the air jets produce good bubbles. The problem is with the heater, I have never been able to get it higher than 98 degrees and that's with the top on and about 80 during day and 70s at night and it seems to get stuck on 91 degrees a lot and I have to press the reset button on the plug and then it can take up to 4 hours for it to get from 91 to 98 degrees. And as I imagine with all hot tubs it gets colder when using it but this cant maintain temperature when using the tub, it will drop down as far as 93 degrees. Its getting worse and I think I am going to end up returning it because it wont be usable if it gets much worse.Right at the end of the 30 return limit I contacted the company and explained my issue and within a few days I had a new motor delivered. I hooked it up and it worked fine. Its been a month since the new motor was installed and all is working good. So I am going to change my rating from 3 stars to 5, mostly because of the quick responce of the company to get me a new motor. Great customer service. Thank you. There is two small cons that I have come across, but ther not hat big of a deal to where it woud lower the rating. The first one is the clorine dispensor, its very small and you have to break up the tablets to get it to close. The second is the filter, it needs replacing quite a bit, I have only had the code come up once so I might be replacing them to soon but it needs replacing every week. I have read where you can wash them but they dont really come that clean and need replacing faster. They are less than 3 bucks each if you buy 16 of them so I will just put in new ones.

Love it
Very happy with this spa. Easy to set up but the app definitely was not easy to connect to.Very happy with it so far even with cold weather on us now, it keeps hot. Temp drops a bit when you are in it, but recovers slowly. Would buy again
