My grandsons LOVE these tools. They love being outside helping and these are the perfect tools for them along with the wheel barrow that we bought. Keeps them busy for hours. Would order again from seller. Great quality and not cheep or flimsy. Durable and tough for busy little boys.

Bought this for my son so that he can work alongside me in our garden. It is the perfect size for a three-year-old and very high-quality. It will last for many years. Made of metal and not plastic. More like a real rake and not like a toy.

This Emsco rake was purchased to help me spread mulch in my flower beds. I needed something smaller in width yet durable to do this task and this rake was just the thing. Although it has a shorter handle than a full sized rake, it is still very effective in spreading mulch and its thick durable plastic head is more than up for the job. The head is attached to a wood handle via a thick metal staple which has thus far proven durable. I would say this rake would be great for mulch spreading, reaching under shrubs or in areas with not a lot of room to maneuver a full sized rake. Also, if you are looking for a rake for a kid, this will be a good choice because it is kid sized and they would really be able to help out because this is a real lawn tool and not just some flimsy toy. Grandparents want to order long-lasting good toys for their grandkids. I can assure you, this garden set is useable, of sturdy construction, and our grands love helping in the family garden. They have tools that fit in their hands, work for their varying heights up to age 5, and perform just like adult tools. No cheap shortcuts with Emsco Group kid friendly gardening tools. Our grands enjoy participating in raising veggies with child's-play implements. The parents were impressed with the quality and durability.

Good materials and sturdy. Used it over my head to clean moss and twigs from gutters while on a ladder. Light weight, so no threat to my balance. If it was 48" long I'd give it five stars.
