Fast Paced and Entertaining Leadership Book
Excellent book overall. Short chapters, great advice from two perspectives. Definitely worth the read. The work book is a good exercise to go thru and supports the book well

Quick read to get started
Quick read with practical advice to get you started. Fairly basic and a good introduction to a growth mindset. If you have some basic knowledge I would skip this book.

I found the title misleading
I probably should have looked more closely at the book before I bought it. I was expecting something grounded in the relatively recent work of Carol Dweck, applying her education-based concepts to personal and professional growth. But it's not that; it's just about personal and professional growth, using Dweck's terminology/buzzword in the title.I tried to give it a chance anyway, but didn't get far. Again, this may simply be that I was frustrated by my expectations. But I kind of don't think so. As an example, we were told to assess "how we feel" by using a tool like Myers-Briggs--useful, but not really related to how I feel--or their own Emotional Intelligence Spectrum (another buzzword with nothing to do with the main research?), which was briefly explained. And then: "Now that you have a basic idea of hour you currently feel..." Really?Be sure to use the "Look Inside" function to be sure this is what you're looking for. If it is, great! But it wasn't what I was looking for. And that's on me.

Not what you’d expect
The font is awful, weird spaces where they don’t belong between the words and overall very disappointing. I thought this was going to have some value, but I’m returning

Buzzwords. No substance.
Like a few other reviews on here, I should've paid better attention to what the book's content is.When they start throwing in personality tests like Meyers Briggs and their own EI point system, I was out.Not to mention the insufferable capitalist hustle culture attitude of Helen doesn't make this book any better. This is another example of a snake oil product that is tarnishing the meaning of a growth mindset.Keep searching, folks, this book aint it.
