A must have. I’m a PMHNP and FNP, and with all the books I’ve purchased over the years, this ranks way up there in terms of a solid go-to. Colored typeset helps to draw attention to certain blocks of text. I’d highly recommend, especially if you’re newer to psychiatric prescribing. It’s a good one.

In about 120 pg, this reviews most clinical info on all psychiatric meds. It has useful tables. I'm looking forward to updating the text with newer drugs and more tables on long acting injectables and drug drug interactions

This guide organizes and summarizes complex psych drugs. Organized by diagnosis. Mechanism of action of drugs is clearly explained. I would recommend this book for anyone interested in psych drugs

Great reference book for pharmacy students. There were a couple mistakes in the book that made some of the excerpts inconsistent but overall, that could be overlooked if you have the clinical knowledge already (which you should!)

Another fantastic resource book from Dr Viola! This time I bought 3 for myself and my various offices. About to buy 3 more for colleagues and the office for residents I train.

this book gives you a quick review on psychopharmacology. I also use UPTODATE to study for psych drugs and found some discrepancies.
