Better for scalp compared to derma roller … but read my review
This is definitely better for promoting hair growth on the scalp compared to the derma roller by far - when used with Minidoxil & Topical Finasteride. It’s much easier to use and the needle adjustment settings are on tick. It’s great for the forehead and beard areas but would strongly recommend the derma roller for the more sensitive eye areas.Brilliant product and worthy of the 5 Stars!

does the job that a derma roller can't
I have used derma rollers and they are ok and have their use. Derma stamp are more versatile especially the fact that it adjusts from 0mm to 3mm. You can clearly see the individual needles when it is fully extended. I like the shape and the rotating adjustment at the top which sets the length of the needle.I use it on thinning hair as part of my hair regime. I do feel it helps but you have to keep doing it. As always its not recommended if you have broken skin, eczema, active acne and so on. You need to follow the instructions for cleaning before use.Overall, it seems well built and is a useful item in my hair regime. Saves me having multiple derma rollers of different sizes. Always follow the hygiene rules as you don't want any infections.

Brilliant upgrade from a roller
I normally use a dermal roller on my scalp when using hair oils as I find they sink in better and the oils have a much greater effect.I have used this stamp one time as it only arrived today, but i prefer it, with the dermal roller there is a risk of running over the same area many many times If you aren't careful, and i have personally experienced when I have done an area "a bit too much", it kind of stinks and feels raw even to the touch of fingers.I used this, I set the length to the same as my roller and methodically covered the same area. Initially I thought it was going to take ages as the head of the stamp is pretty small, but i covered the same area more precisely in about 1/4 of the time!As you can see from the last 2 pictures there is a huge difference between 0 and maximum, which brings me to the what I see as a down side, other may not, I would prefer it in the adjustment control had some kind of click rather than just a smooth free spinning adjustment. While the free spin gives exact precision on the needly length, i worry that I may knock the adjustment and change the length accidentally..... To combat this I got it to the length I wanted and was comfortable with and i put a small piece of electrical tape to keep the adjuster and the handle in the position I wanted. So not a complaint worth losing a star over, just something to note.I definitely prefer this to my roller 100%!

Faulty or cheap quality
My item is either faulty or cheap quality product. After first use the mechanism stopped working and its not pushing the pins out. I'm quite disappointed as the derma stamp felt really good after first use. Unfortunately the quality is lacking

First time using one of these - I think they’re better than roller types
I have been eyeballing derma pens for a while now. Articles online are full of scary stories, other articles are full of praise, which left me wanting to try one, but as long as I could very carefully and precisely control the depth. This derma stamp does exactly that- the precision of change is quite impressive. The device has a small knob at the end, which really does make incremental changes to the depth of the micro-needles.I don’t know if they work, will let the scientists / dermatologists settle that discussion, but for me, as someone who wanted to try one, yet wanted to feel safe and in control of the derma-rolling/ derma stamping experience, this device is really good for that.Having tried it (on the lowest setting), it didn’t hurt at all, I was actually surprised at how little I felt, the micro needles really are micro!! I’d happily recommend this derma-stamp to anyone who’s like me, wanting precise control.5 star rating from me. I hope this has been helpful.

Does not lock onto selected settings...
🔎The Derma Stamp Hair, INCELLICE Dermastamp Adjustable 0-3.0mm 140 Titanium Needles comes well packed, inside a branded packaging. There is a protective piece of plastic fitted on the head of the device. To select the desired length of the needles, you have to rotate the end part of the handle.🧡The adjustable length allows for wide applications without buying a separate roller.👎The adjustment system does not work well - the rotating part is very loose, and there are no "steps" or "clicks" between the different lengths. After selecting the number you want, it is very easy to accidentally move it and change the length of the needles ! This might be dangerous in some circumstances and is my main concern about this device. Hence I decided to stop using it immediately, as it happened to me twice already. It seems like a poor design. The flat head is not easy to use on rounded parts of the body( like the head for example ).💲Not worth buying, poorly made adjustment system.

Dermastamp
There is dozen good things to say and few that i disagree . Main focus is the stamp is sealed - high hygienic , i would say disposable . Doesn’t matter is for the same person we do create shock by trauma and skin produce different sebum and blood and not good to store in open space and re use . Definitely single use item . As well very important in my personal opinion is the fact that you don’t regulate the depth of pressure as has one option . You should be flexible with the different area of your face , body needs deeper needles :)
