Put in coffee
I have been a slim size all my adult life until I turned 45 then the pounds came, nothing I did changed the scale went up but never down. I have been on a perpetual diet since I went into menopause 15 yrs now. Name it I have tried it, absolutely nothing worked even near starvation.In my frustration, I started studying and have used a few things so not sure if one thing alone would work but together I am down 5 lbs this month. I have been using berberine with some success, but only when I added this did I see noticeable results. FINALLY! I will continue. I feel better, have more energy and finally, the scale is dipping downward. Great product it does taste nasty alone but pretty tasteless in coffee.

This product arrived quickly, has little to no taste, and absorbs so easily! I throw it in my coffee or water in the morning and go about my day! Since taking it I feel more energized and less groggy in the morning!
