Good product.

Fit perfectly as a replacement. The rubber O ring had a solid feel as it was seated into place.

As the title states, included o ring wasn't thick enough to make a seal. I just cleaned and reused the oem o ring. Vacuum cap included if you don't need the second port.

This was a direct replacement for my 99 Chevy Tahoe. One side is capped off and the otherside goes to a vacumm switch on passengers side firewall.

Appears to be of decent quality. Dorman products are generally of average to above-average quality in my experience. Has some sharp edges left over from the molding process on some of the hose attachment ports which need to be gently sanded down with a 400 grit sandpaper so they don't damage the hoses. Another reviewer noted the two vacuum ports at top. Instructions that came with my product said use whichever port is convenient for you and included a rubber cap for each port to cap-off the us-used one.
