Quality product that works as advertised
This kit is well designed and of good quality. Of all the options to help with hiding wires when hanging a TV and soundbar on the wall, this one is top notch. The soundbar power box is really the thing that sets this apart from other solutions, in my opinion. Of course, the PowerBridge folks have those clever plugs that couple the wiring together between boxes and that certainly makes things less "scary" for people who aren't comfortable with wiring Romex cables to things. All in all, the installation was straight forward. Each box had a provided hole template that made cutting the holes a breeze. The boxes fit well in their respective holes, even in our exterior wall that's full of insulation. In our case, the hardest part was fishing the wire between boxes due to the insulation, but it still only took a few minutes with a push-pull rod. If you're installing in an interior wall (no insulation), this would be virtually effortless. While I am rating this 5 stars because it works well and fills a need unlike any other product out there, I still think there are a couple challenges worth mentioning. Like others have said in their reviews, getting the soundbar into its hole is difficult due to the way the Romex sticks out at the top and bottom of the box. The good news is that it can be done with a little effort. In my case, I found the easiest way was to make sure the wires were pressed flat to the outsides of the box as much as possible, feed the top half of the box (with wiring) into the hole first, then wiggle in the bottom while applying enough pressure to get the bottom Romex to rub away just enough drywall to fit in. That worked out pretty well. The other challenge is that the soundbar box is just a hair wider (vertically) than my soundbar, so you can see the top and bottom edge of the box. In our case, this is pretty minor because the wall is a light color and the white of the box doesn't stand out very much. Still, we will likely paint it to match the wall.In the case of both of these "downsides", it's easy to see that these are simply limitations that are hard to avoid for such a product. For example, the depth of a standard wall limits where you can put the Romex wires on the soundbar box, which is why it's sticking out of the top and bottom. Had they have chosen to bring the wires out the back, the box would be deeper and may not fit well into the wall. if they brought the wires out of the side of the box, there might be challenges with the adjacent studs (the box is pretty wide as it is). As for the box showing from behind the soundbar, that's just the nature of the beast. The box has to be at least wide enough to allow a standard electrical plug and enough room to get your hand in there to use the plug, so there's not much to be done about that. As I said, though, the boxes can be painted to ease that problem. If your wondering if this product is worth the money they charge for it. Let me tell you, it is. This is the 5th TV I've mounted on a wall and the first one I've done in conjunction with a soundbar. This was definitely easier than the other installations that required me to splice a new outlet off of an existing one, which also limited me to where the TV could be installed (based on which stud bays had existing outlets) if I didn't want to rip more holes in the wall to jump between stud bays, that is.So, in summary: great product; nothing else on the market like it where the soundbar power is concerned; installed easily; well made; love the inclusion of the templates and the power "pigtail" cord to plug everything into an outlet.

Makes installation of a TV AND Soundbar easy and clean
I love this product because it also allows you to connect a soundbar beneath the television and hide those wires as well as the wires from the TV. Maeks for a very clean installation. I have an 86" Oled monitor and a SONOS soundbar installed on my wall with this and it looks great!

Measuring and leveling are key. Pretty easy to do, but takes a bit of time.
Great job in hiding wires.

Easy to Install and Great Look with 2 minor annoyances
This is a great product, it was very easy to install and it looks clean when finished. I am very happy with the outcome. I really only have 2 minor problems and they are both with the soundbar component in the middle.First unlike the upper and lower power boxes the cables for the soundbar unit are close to the front and they come out on the top and bottom. The opening for the low voltage cables is in a similar place. I wasn't able to get the unit into the rough opening without making some small notches for the power and low voltage cables. These notches were not covered by the ring. That install isn't as clean looking as the other 2 components. I wish the cables were set deeper into the unit to avoid this.Second, the configuration assumes the optical cable will be coming down from the TV. For my TV the optical cable actually comes up form the bottom. I was able to run the cable before I put it all into the wall, but pulling a cable in the future may be difficult. It would be nice to have a top and bottom opening to accommodate both configurations. As others have said, it would also be nice if these openings had the bristles on them like the low voltage openings on the main power components. This is a really great product, a few minor adjustments would make it outstanding.

Really good product for hiding wires
I purchased this to use where I mounted my TV. I Installed a floating TV stand and didn't want wires on the wall. This is used to put the wires behind the wall. It worked as instructed. I used an electrician to install it. Having the two plug option really helped put everything together. So glad they make a product like this.

Great BUT the sound-bar outlet is poorly designed (it will cause wall damage)
Great kit that works well. I spent a great deal of time researching the best one to buy and landed on this one. That being said, I had read reviews saying that the sound-bar is poorly designed. This is true - it is hard to fit the wires into the wall without cutting additional space that will show after the sound-bar is mounted (and I even had professionals install it for me). If you are okay with having to do some sheetrock repair work after installation then I would go with this product. If not, find another solution. Note that this does not impact the TV outlet.

Excellent Solution for Soundbar Power and Cable Management
I was skeptical of this tv/soundbar power cable management solution for two reasons: multiple reviews of installation problems with the soundbar part, and whether I could use the soundbar portion without installing the top outlet. But I decided to give it a try. First, install went smoothly for the soundbar part. You have to use the template that is supplied with the unit. Do not try to just trace around the rear of the box as your hole will be to small. The template is wider and longer than the back of the box. Then lay your wires flat in line with the box and place the wires in the hole first with the box tilted slightly upward to get the top of the box partly in the hole then straighten the box and tap on it lightly until it’s in the whole. Admittedly, it is a snug fit but it will work without damaging your drywall. It did for me as you can see from the photos. I do plan to add the top box to my office wall which is on the backside of my family room wall, separated by a double sided fireplace. It will allow me to eventually add a tv above the fireplace in our office and have power there. I recommend the unit. It does what it is supposed to do.

Amazing
Loved this product, very simple to install.Only con for me was the wires coming out of the top and bottom of the piece for the soundbar (makes it a very tight fit) you have to break a little piece of drywall where the wires come out to be able to fit it in.Other than that, it looks great and manages all my cables!
