It's not as firm as I expected but is comfortable enough for me to sleep on. There's a crinkle noise, minimal. My neck doesn't get stiff at night now. I do a quick fluff each evening when going to bed by pushing in from the ends to raise the center. Good pillow, does what is needed for side and back sleeping.

I’ve bought many pillows trying to find one that helps with my neck problems. I sleep on my side and need a truly firm pillow that offers proper support. I bought this one regardless of the price, hoping it would be the solution. I tried everything — left it out in the sun, put it in the dryer — hoping it would expand or become firmer, but nothing worked. When I go to bed, I have to fold it to get the support I need, but during the night it goes back to its original shape and I lose that support. I gave it a week to see if it would work for me, but it didn’t. The description says “firm,” but it’s really not. I’m returning it. Totally disappointed.

I've been sleeping on my "side sleep" pillow for a while and I like it. It has a nice pillow cover so it doesn't hemorrhage feathers like other pillows. It really does sleep cool. It you love the hotel pillows that you can squish into place, this is a good pillow for you. I do have sensitive ears and this pillow can feel hard if it's really balled up but that's on me and not them.

I love my pillows. I have tried for many years to find a good pillow. My husband even spent over 200.00 for a pillow.( sent them back). I bought these pillows over 6 months ago and I still am very happy with them. They are easy to fluff up, they have a center to them that doesn’t go flat. I can squish them around my neck, I can sleep on my back, stomach or sides. I would recommend these for sure.

I expected that a down pillow would be softer and more comfortable. This pillow needs a lot of breaking in as it is too stiff for me right now. The size and quality is great I just wanted something a little more comfortable .

This pillow has been exactly what I was looking for with it providing neck support, while also being soft and comfortable. My previous pillow had left me with neck pain, but have had no issues so far with this pillow!

This pillow is far from fluffy snd far from supportive for side sleepers. I have it with two other feather pillows of another brand underneath it and it is so flat and has a crinkle noise to it. I would’ve returned it, but I wanted to give it a shot and I am sorry I bought it. I did not return it. Not a good pillow at all.

I have neck issues due to working at a desk all day. The pain typically carriers into the night, but this pillow has helped alleviate the neck stress and allows me to finally feel refreshed in the morning. Really nice king size is perfect size for neck support that extends to the shoulders and back. Super happy with this
