This was a thoroughly enjoyable read, with a quirky, smart and funny FMC and a kind, thoughtful and hot Male lead.Well written with and with a supporting cast of engaging characters, I’d love to read more from this world.

Easy read, enjoyable plot. Nothing that new here but a good read all the same. Perfect beach read.

It's 5.30 a.m. I just finished this book. I could not bring myself to put it down. I'm obsessed with Dylan and Zoe and their story.From the moment Zoe walks in on Dylan holding his dick in his hand, I could not stop grinning. This book made me so happy and lighthearted. It was so much fun following the Journey of these characters. There was no way I could not fall in love with them.I'm sure you will fall in love with them too if you give them a chance.

I actually really liked this book. My only issue with it was Zoe blabbing all the time and too much, I know she’s an awkward character but I was over it after a few chapters in, and the whole story line with the coach confused me, but I loved Zoe and Dylan’s friendship to relationship!

First book I've read by Ella Maise and I want to read more. Great characters. Slow burn, gradually get to know each other and attraction built. Some misunderstandings and kept the reader was kept guessing for a while!

Ok I was looking for a quick easy ready after reading a book that crushed so i thought ok football player and your typical quirky girl. Why not ? Right ? Well yes right but omg this book was amazing ! Wow jus wow. Beautifully written with the right amount of angst and drama and funny dialogue! Honestly a 10/10 would totally recommend! I think I just found another author I love !

Rating: 4/5Again, Ella Maise had me in a HOLD this whole week. I could not put down her books.This one has moved away from the original storyline that followed the first two and is a compete standalone.I did find it harder to get into this one (I dont know why a slow burn, forced proximity romance between college roommates is defiantly 100% my type of thing to read), and I think it was because I didn’t enjoy the MAJOR miscommunication between the two main characters. I normally don’t mind, but literally ONE conversation would have sorted everything out.Zoe and Dylan were written so well and were super relatable, with side characters adding to the storyline however there was a side storyline that happened near the end of the book (with a side character) that seemed so big at the time and then was brushed under the carpet and I wish it was resolved a bit more (unless this character get their own book), but felt like it was just used so ‘something’ happened - this ultimately bought the rating down for me.Overall, I find Ella Maise’s writing to be easy to read and I am really liking her books, would defiantly recommend.

Ella Maise is such a talented writer as she creates funny, complex, and real characters that you just care about. I absolutely adored Zoe and Dylan from the start and I loved their journey.**Spoiler** There needs to be a trigger warning for abuse and rape. That part was so hard to read and while it added the characters and felt true it was definitely the hardest part to read.Definitely would recommend this story to all.

I devoured this book because it was sooo good I simply couldn’t let go of it. I don’t know why I’m still surprised, considero g I love Ella Maude’s books. I loved the development of the main couple and the moments we had of them before the long-waited kiss. It was beautiful seeing them fall in love. I also loved the secondary stories that were introduced and gave more base to an awesome narrative. I laughed so much I cried with the characters (specially Zoe). This book took me out of my literary draught. It was the 1st 5 stars book of the year.

I was so sad when I finished reading this book. I absolutely loved these characters. Zoe was quirky and fun. Dylan was...well...Dylan was the absolute best!! I think I smiled through the entire book, although I do recall a few tears once or twice.If you are looking for a cute and endearing story about friendship and love then this is the right book for you. If you need a break from some darker content then this is the book for you, heck just read it, it really is amazing!! I could have read another 200-300 pages of this book. Loved it!!

➳ Rate: 5 / 5 starsThe Hardest Fall was the first book I read by Ella and to say I was impressed was an understatement. I enjoy this book to the max. I adored the writing style, the characters and oh the slow burn had me hitching for the end of the book just so I could see them together.And oh boy it took them a good while and then once they were finally together something had to go wrong... so I feel like we didn't get nearly enough of them happy together as we should have. It definitely left me earning for more of these two.This is definitely a book I 100% recommend! Dylan was so so perfect. I loved watching them interacting and earning for their friendship to be more from such close proximity. The interactions between these were always sweet and funny and I just really really loved them so much.Zoe had me laughing out loud since the very first chapter, she was so awkward and so cute. I loved her and I definitely can relate to her awkwardness.She also didn't have the greatest luck which gave us some very funny scenes. But she did get extremely lucky with Dylan, he was the whole freaking package. I swear that boy was everything.I want my Dylan now, and thank you.

I really like that the characters take their time to build their stories and I found Zoe and Dylan very real and adorable, can’t have enough of it!
