These are incredible J-Cup/J-Hooks. The very best on Amazon. Superb quality at a good price. I purchased a cheaper pair from another company first and was very disappointed. I regretted not buying these first. Spend a little more money and get these, they’re awesome. They fit my 3x3 power rack perfect, stay firmly in place and hold all my bars great. I needed a second set of j hooks for my Inspire Fitness FPC1 Full Power Cage and I wasn’t sure these would fit but they fit perfectly. My rack has 3x3 frame and the holes are 1” and these fit beautifully. I won’t be moving them much since I’ll be using these for my BC Strength thruster attachment for my rack so they will stay at the lowest setting up front. They are solid and heavy, I would highly recommend. I’m a stickler for good quality and wouldn’t settle for anything less. Delivery was also faster that what was quoted and packed well.

So far it is performing flawlessly. It was hard to find a j-cup that was fully lined like this one. Great product so far and seems extremely steady. Also like the locking portion on the back. It helps with some of the metallic noise from rack the bar.

The Jcups work well. They fit a little loose but I added glue backed felt strips and all is well.Only issues were the packaging was poor. The metal parts were scratched and the plastic scuffed and gauged. I spray painted them and replaced plastic with hi density neoprene.

Bought these J hooks to upgrade those that came with my Fitness Gear powercage. These are much stronger than the originals and fit very well. Thick cushioning where the bar rests seems very strong and durable. I have much more confidence that these hooks will hold my barbell as I increase the load though I don't think I will ever reach their rating of 1000 lbs.

First order was a little beat up and one jcup did t even fit on my rack. The other one fit perfectly. I exchanged for another set and had the exact same problem. One side is slightly too small to fit my rack and the other fit perfectly. I guess I’ll try to figure out how to bend it enough that it fits. It’s pretty heavy duty and won’t be easy to bend.

Because Ethos Rack only comes with one set of barbell holders I had to look elsewhere for an extra set. These fit perfectly on this rack. It is a 3 X 3 post. They arrived quickly and packaged well

These j-cups fit my 3”x3” rack perfectly and don’t shake around. The plastic coatings keeps your barbell protected from scratching and the power coating is nice. Overall good value for the money and they shipped very quickly.
