Great addition to Garberg knife!
This is a wonderful addition to your Morakiv Garberg knife. Fits securely to the shieth. Excellent sparks made with the rod.

Useful
I have the Kansbol, which I keep in a multi-mount sheath on the side of my backpack. I was a little worried that this ferro rod wouldn’t fit on it while it was in the multi-mount, but I needn’t have. As you can see, it fits on there just fine, and I can still remove and replace the green sheath from the multi-mount part no problem, for when I’m leaving my bag behind.It sparks well, adds almost no weight, and the retention is excellent. There’s no way that thing is going to be falling out! In fact, it’s just hard enough to pull out on purpose that it gives me peace of mind that it won’t be falling out accidentally.I like it enough that as soon as I get my wishlist Garberg, I’ll be getting another one of these to put on it too.

Fits perfectly onto my Garberg knife. Lightweight while seeeming very durable. Holds on tightly to the knife.

A great addition to an already great knife
I bought this for my Mora Kansbol. it fits on securely with no chance of it coming off in the woods. The ferro rod works as it should, throwing off a good shower of sparks. The little diamond plate on the side is nice if you don't normally carry a double sided stone in your pocket like I do (I carry a DMD 1"x3" double sided stone in the coin pocket of my jeans) All in all a great addition to a great knife.

Locks in tightly and secure.
This survival kit mount locks into the sheath and will not budge, it is secure. The fire starter is also secure so no worries there.. Great addition

Perfection!
It’s exactly what I would expect from Morakniv, perfection! It snapped right in place and is not coming off. Firesteel snaps in and comes out easily, with a twist. Sharpener seems good for a touch up in the field.I have much nicer and expensive knives, but the Garberg with the survival kit will be the one with me on my adventures.
