We are bird photography enthusiasts living in Central Illinois. There are hundreds of American White Pelicans that inhabit a nearby nature preserve. We appreciate the beauty and majesty of these birds. The statue is an exquisitely rendered and artistic representation of these amazing creatures. We love it.

I searched for a pelican in this size, for awhile. I originally didn’t buy it because it was green patina instead of blue. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted so I bought this one and painted him. I used both aqua blue and a metallic rustoleum spray paints and now I have blue patina.

Product color was not what pictured. It’s solid green with little to no variation.

Hopefully it will last out in the weather but so far so good and love the patina.
