I received these beauties the very next day. I immediately put them on and had instant relief. I felt the difference. I experienced a soreness instead of pain. My heel spur flare up was painful but I managed it for about a month now. I seen the reviews and thought I give it a try and I’m glad I did. I have narrow feet and wear a size 8 in women and 7 in kids so a size medium in the sock was perfect with a comfortable amount or compression on my feet to bring me comfort.

What I wanted was for these to prevent swelling while on long airplane flights. They did the job.

They were not tight enough around the foot ankle part was fine. They wouldn’t stay in place they kept moving up. They didn’t stay tight around the foot.

Could use some extra padding. Not sure how durable it will be, but feels good and does the job

つけててもつけていなくても変わらないような感じでした。つけていれば多少痛みも楽になるかなと思いましたが、足が痛いのは変わらない。

朝起きた時の踵の痛みで知った病気、早めに対処するために購入。今のところいい感じです。寝る時も着用、朝の踵の痛みもなくなりました。
