The sizing chart told me to go to an XXL but I've never been an XXL and am a Large now. Guess I will believe such info going forward. I have made this XL do.

Exactly fit my body and It really makes me aware of my muscles when I'm riding a bike and running.If you are going to buy this product, be sure to know your body size. Great in quality. I wore and washed it every day, but it was no problem.

I love this compression shirt but the shoulder straps seams are already coming apart, making the shirt slowly become unusable. Might have the wife try to repair it if it’s possible.

It has a good fabric. As soon as I wore it, felt amazing. It also helps me cover my extra weight :) and gives excellent support while running on the field. I normally wear XL t-shirt but as the chart suggested, I went for 3XL and yeah that was it.

Excellent product, I liked it very much. I squeeze it very well. You feel very comfortable when you exercise and I recommend it to everyone.

I started having some back pain from the job I’m doing. I last used a back brace years ago. These compression shirts popped up on my search so I decided to try them out. I’m glad I did. These work sooooo good, I’m ordering more. Great for my back posture.Now as far as the belly hiding part, these shirt are tight, but comfortable. They will push some belly away for you, but not like you would expect. You will not look like you have lost 15 pounds in the 15 seconds you put it on. Especially if you have a beer gut. But it will shape you a little bit better than not having it on. I have very little gut. Putting this on push it back some what perfectly being 5’6 155 lbs and and loosing weight. I recommend highly.

These undershirts are absolutely AMAZING. They tighten you up, they feel great all day. I'm 6'5 bare foot, 414lbs soaking wet. The 3X size make my chest and gut look like an Olympic wrestler.The undershirts are stretchy yet taught. They're a bit challenging to get on, but once you're in, you look fabulous. I've worn one twice over two days and they maintain their support. These things are legit the best body positive things ever.The consequence...You look so good that women (or men) become interested. And then what: when it's time to get it on, you can't walk the walk. Your true self is revealed. That's the consequence.I'm using these as a stepping stone as I lose weight. Someday I'll have the body these shaping things give me. Until then, I'll squeeze myself into these. Buy them, you'll like it .
