Hello,I absolutely love the look and feel of this phone. I really like that it’s very sturdy around the edges and feels good in your hands and the buttons on the sides work perfectly. I also like that it’s waterproof and you can lock it and it has a snapping mechanism that let you know that it’s closed securely. I gave this product five stars for sturdiness and durability, however unfortunately I have to give it one star overall. The reason for this is because the protective screen just doesn’t work that great, especially around the bottom edges, which to any iPhone user having to push all of those control buttons or drag down then use two or three times because it doesn’t work to the touch as it’s described, leaves me feeling really bummed because I’m super excited about this product and hopefully it’s only a defect. I’m going to try it out and see if it sells well in a couple days, but I might have to return it.After installation the top protective part is-not flush, especially around the edges and bottom. Is this normal or is my item defective? I followed all instructions. Please let me know…. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Once you install this product which is water tight is very hard for people on the other end to hear you.
