No instructions!!!
Although the only instructions are possible on the back of jar, but the downside is that it is not in English so just have to wing it. I’m not a fan of the smell, but I like the mask (that’s what I use it as). I also like that you can feel the small pieces of lemon peel. I definitely appreciate the container Andy the the small wooden spoon thing that came with it. After some usage you can tell that your skin has a brightness to it....no NOT like bleaching.

Real Lemon Peel Bits, Light Scent, Skin Feels Good
At first I was not a huge fan of the slightly lumpy bits in the mask, but then I realized that it was the lemon peel which made me not so concerned. Overall the mask is very nice. It has a very light and pleasant scent. It is thick but still easy to apply, especially if you dampen your face first. The mask washes off cleanly, leaving my skin feeling soft and clean.

It broke me out, stung my sensitive skin
Based on my experience, I’d say this isn’t for sensitive skin. Wanted to love this as I’d recently bought two other masks from this brand that I like and regularly use. While I like the lemony scent, this stung slightly the two times I gave it a try. The after the second time, it broke me out in three cystic pimples on my upper cheek that took some time to get rid of. It had been the only new addition to my skincare at the time, so I point the finger at this mask.

Really makes my skin glow
This mask has a thick creamy texture with chunky pieces of lemon peel. It applies nicely and dries down without drying out the skin. The directions on the box in English were incomplete, so I went to their website and it said to use it for 10 to 15 minutes. When I removed it, my face looked healthy and happy. It was not pink at all and I was kind of expecting that with the fruit acids. I applied my regular nighttime products afterward and everything felt and looked good. The next day my face was not producing a rebound oil that it can do when I use clay products that are too drying. In fact, I found my skin was so good the next morning, that it looked like I was wearing a tinted moisturizer.Below are the instructions on their site just in case anyone else has the same issue of not knowing how to use it.How to use:1. After washing your face, gently spread over entire dried face except around the eyes and mouth area. 2. Gently massage according to the condition of the skin. After 10-15 minutes, when the mask has dried up, gently wash it off with lukewarm water. 3. Take a sufficient amount and apply it thickly so that the moisture and active ingredients of the clay mask can be effectively absorbed.

great for sensitive skin
I was a little worried the bits of lemon in this mask would irritate my sensitive skin, but I was looking for a mask that would help brighten my skin. This mask was easy to apply, it is a bit grainy so its not a perfect smooth mask. It comes with a little spatula to help you spread it on your face if you don't wish to use your fingers. once you apply it on your face it slowly begins to dry and firm up like a standard clay mask, I was able to find English translated directions on the bottom of the box to use as a guide. I washed it off with warm and it left my face feeling vey smooth, every now and then some of the lemon particles would get stuck on my eyebrows and stick to my sink. it took about 10-15 minutes for the mask to completely dry up and it does have a faint aroma. I still prefer a completely smooth mask but this was definitely worth the try.

Refreshing lemon scented clay mask
I liked the citrusy fragrance of this clay wash off mask. I also like that it is a clean white color, that does not stain. It dried nicely and hardened sufficiently to feel a nice tight pull. I did allow ample time for that as I did slather on plenty. The mask has lemon peel powder and peach extract, as well as citric acid, kaolin, glycerin, and vitamin c to name a few. The beautifully packaged glass jar has a almost four and a half ounces packed in it. This product has niacinamide as an ingredient, making it a great skin product for acne, or eczema sufferers. This mask is nice well worth purchase.

Cleans out pores, but fragrance is added so it's not all EWG green
This is an okay product if it works for your skin type. But, not if you are looking for all EWG Green ingredients, as the listing claims this has. This brand is not listed on the EWG website. I didn't check every individual ingredient, but this has fragrance added. The EWG does not approve of fragrance. I don't mind it, but I know many people are sensitive.I decided to try this clay mask because I am trying to reduce and prevent blackheads on my nose. It has kaolin, which I find to be less drying, and bentonite in the top three ingredients. It also has something in it which gives it a bit of lumpiness, maybe the citrus peel. I feel like it did a good job of cleaning out my pores, but it left my normal but "mature" skin a bit dry. I followed it up with a good night cream, and my skin felt smoother and looked great the next day. This might have been less drying if I washed it off quicker. The directions on the bottom of the box just say to wash it off "after some time has passed." I waited until it started to feel a little tight which was 15 minutes, but I think 10 minutes would have been more appropriate. I used a microfiber mitt to wash it off, because it was a bit hard to remove with just cleanser and water.I will report back after the next time that I try this, but I might just use it for my nose area in the future. This is something I only need to use once a week or every other week. If you have oiler skin once or twice a week may work for you.
