I have been taking this for 9 months, and it really does work. My hair went from above my shoulders to way down my back. Virtually, it grew 12.25 inches in the 9 months. Taking the vitamins with the Intensive Hair Growth Serum is working wonders! I started losing hair a few months after I was diagnosed with Covid Pneumonia. Update 1.11.25 my hair is filling back in and coming back in new places after switching to this once a day at bedtime and viviscal once a day in the morning and stopping my once a day women's vitamin which was causing tummy issues. I'm hoping this begins making my hair thicker at some point as now the bare patches are filling in so I'm still positive about this. I have struggled with thinning and hair loss and Ive tried alot of things however ive been on these for about a month and its like night and day! My hair has grown quite a bit and its fuller. Ive noticed baby hairs growing as well! I dont see much falling hair in the sink or in my brush like i used to. It used to fall out in gobs! I do have the oil as well and i use it at night and wash it in the morning. My hair is thicker, shinier and healthier where everyone notices! I'll get right to the point. Yes it stimulates hair growth, no it doesn't transform your genetics or make your hair amazing if it's just not in your genes. I have fine thin wavy hair, and not a ton of it. I've been taking it about a month. I think you need to take it (and pretty much all supplements) for AT LEAST 3 months before you can fully see if something works. Like the models they show with the long luscious hair, well they probably were gifted with that hair due to genes. So yes your hair can grow but it will be "your" hair, not your dream hair. Side effects: Acne and headaches for me. I may not stick with it for much longer, acne and migraines are not fun. If you are prone to a certain side effect when you take supplements, be prepared and decide if it's worth it enough to continue. I think it's over-priced all and all, but they are serving a popular demand and capitalizing on it.
