We had an issue with our batteries. Customer service resolved it quickly. They were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely buy from them again.

The media could not be loaded.  Hands down, Deerc nailed this one. My father and I have been into RC for decades… mostly aviation, but now sailing as of late. We bought one of these boats to use as a rescue boat to retrieve the sailboats should we have issues.On the very first use of this boat… just to try it out, we quickly realized that we found something incredibly addicting. So much so, we bought another one right away as well as additional batteries.Battery life is as advertised, a solid 10-15mins going all out. I ran into one issue with my boat, but Deerc has been very responsive over email and is taking care of remedying the problem.Deerc is definitely a company to buy from for quality, great price point… and maybe most important, post sales customer service!

I like the fact they use 1832 batteries tgat make it easy to rebuild them if needed.

Plug it in and it charges. Put it in the boat and the boat goes, ......really fast.

The media could not be loaded.  Everything I wanted for the price. My only concern is driving it in a pond or lake and the propeller easily gets tangled up with algae. Then retrieving it becomes very difficult.

I some how lost my prop shaft and prop in the lake , the parts were not going to be available for quite sometime so they just sent me a new boat !!!!

Excellent battery and charger. Long battery life in RC boat, charges relatively quickly. Highly recommended.

The chargers about burnt my house down!
