Works for me!
I've been battling sleep disruption for years due to perimenopause. I heard about this product on a Stacy Sims' podcast. This is the best OTC product I've ever taken for sleep. I take diphenhydramine hydrachloride (brand names are Simply Sleep & Benadryl - it's a sedating antihistamine) when I travel because it's cheap and easy to find, but prefer natural methods when I'm at home. This is mineral based, and I get good and sleepy within an hour and doze blissfully at night. I like the clean ingredients, and yes it's pricey, but worth it for a good night's sleep with no morning brain fog!
