Outstanding, empowering, highly recommend !
I haven’t read since I was a child, ( except children’s books to my young children or learning literature), but I ordered Laura’s book and made time for me... And now I’m hooked!! ( and already nearly finished it- Noooo!).Not only is this book incredibly empowering, motivating and like talking to a friend with great advice, it’s given me a love for reading and made me feel like ‘ I can do this’, which is a big deal for me, as it had been lost after losing my stepdad to suicide in late 2019, fighting so many inner battles from this, and trying to find ‘me’ again. This book brings hope and optimism, and I would recommend this to everyone. Thank you Laura, an incredible book that has helped me in many ways, I plan to use this empowerment in my business and all aspects of life.Olivia xxx

Such a lovely well written book
I have read lots of self help books of late but this was like a hug in a book. Laura was very honest and raw in many parts of it. Her advice is lovely and motivational without being overly clinical like some books.

This is good push for those wanting to change their lives
I liked this book! It helped me a lot and, although it gives information about importance matters, it does it in an easy and even funny way sometimes. I highly recommend it!

A MUST READ
I was so happy when this book arrived today, I pre ordered and have been so excited to get stuck on and I was certainly not disappointed. It is both funny and emotional on equal portions. The message I took out from the book is that we need to learn to love and trust ourselves and I don’t think we hear that enough.Well written and would certainly recommend.

Positive book, subject matter jumps around too much
I read this book as a kindle edition, so didn’t have the issues with pages sticking together. At times it felt the subject matter was either repeated through chapters or didn’t flow well from one to another. Some topics felt they just popped up at random then disappeared as quickly again. I felt that the personal experiences mentioned were more relatable and insightful, rather than the dictionary definitions and references to quotes. I liked the poem and how the chapters were related, I think the premise of the structure is well thought out. The artwork and affirmations were used well.

Loved it!
I read this book in two days. It would have been one day but I had some other stuff to do the first day! Brilliantly written. I have now passed this on to my twenty year old daughter as I think she should also read it. I can relate to everything Laura has covered in this book from relationships to imposter syndrome and my husband (a pessimist) definitely needs to read this book! I would recommend this book to everyone.
