Either got a very old tube, or it's just low quality product
I'm not sure if I maybe got an old tube that's just been sitting around for a long time and dried out or if the recipe is just naturally supposed to be like this, but the mascara is very dry and crumbly. It takes many, many applications to get the tiniest amount of color buildup on your lashes because it just crumbles off. No difference between this and all the cheap makeup from the dollar tree, super disappointed after seeing all the love it got after going viral online

Nothing special at all about this mascara. I have no idea what the hype is all about but after trying it, I can see. It’s just an average mascara and I’m returning it for a refund.
