Great pan. Have had no issues with anything sticking and is heavier than some pans of this style. No complaints.

I have two 9 inch square cake pans and love them so much that I purchased two of these round cake pans. The Wilton Advance Select line are heavier duty nonstick pans that are built much better than their usual line of pans. They tolerate higher heat and retain their nonstick surface extremely well. You will pay a little more for these, but they are definitely worth it.

Easy to use

I LOVE THIS CAKE PAN! I have a few others and none cause my cakes to come out as effortlessly as this! I am in love.

I have several of these pans to make tarts and most recently, Knafeh Lebanese dessert. The non-stick is tough and works well but I don't use steel tools on them otherwise the nonstick coating will be damaged. These pans have a comfortable grip handles, which maker insertion/removal from the oven easier. The edge is a little more vertical than a classic pie pan, so be aware of this, if it matters. Baking is even and consistent, due to the heavy steel construction of the pans. No complaints here!

These pans are very good quality and should last a long time.
