Delivery was quick, however one out of the four boxes came the next day (which you’re warned about and expect nowdays anyway)Each box was self contained, one box for the left sofa, one the corner, one the right side and the fourth had the table and stoolsEach section/box was complete ready for install, no mess unboxing everything, one box at a time, simple and easy (the glass table came in box 3, and the cushions for each chair were correctly inserted into each box).Instruction page 1 = box oneInstruction page 2 = box two etc… simplesEasy to build with two people, took us around 60 minutesCushions are thick and comfy (would have preferred thicker but that doesn’t seem to be an option) and they’re easy to pick up and store away in the typical British April showers we had the day after it was builtStrong and sturdy, looks nice with the mixed grey coloursOverall very impressed and wish all flatpack furniture was so considerately thought out

Good quality

This is great priced product but that’s it, didn’t arrive on time chased but got zero help. Finally arrived boxes trashed no fixings to put it together tried to get assistance yet again zero help, refunded my money after numerous messages however still got two huge boxes of useless garden furniture that they won’t collect, pay extra from a reputable company as they say you get what you pay for. Lesson learnt!!!

The furniture was delivered earlier than promised and I was surprised that it was "flat packed". However, there was no problem in assembling each unit and I am extremely pleased with the result. The chairs and sofa are most comfortable. We ordered a further set of cushions to act as back rest cushions, which further added to the comfort of the seats.We are very satisfied indeed with every aspect of the ordering, delivery, assembly and use of this set of garden furniture. Sincere thanks to the supplier for an excellent service.

Overall this is a nice garden set, however one of the chairs isn't finished off to the best standard and has loose rattan on the arm which isn't brilliant as its catching and will soon become loose
