Hat turned up flat-packed - extremely creased, and didn't look at all like the photo. Fabric lacks any sort of rigidity and if you try to pull it into shape it just collapses back again, making it very hard to tell what it's supposed to be. Will have to do, as we don't have time to find another one - but a total waste of money really. Could perhaps have tried starching it, given more time? But the picture of an item should represent how the item looks straight out of the box - not how it could possibly look after spending extra time, thought and money!
