Beautiful finish on cup with a thin lip and smooth base though lid is slightly unfinished under lid edge. Lid fits loosely--doesn't affect performance but might rattle a bit as you slide across the kitchen in your bunny slippers. Sides of mug are straight up and down. It is easily as large as advertised. I'm not a big person so I thought it might be a bit like sipping from a flower pot (yes, it really is that big). The dragon motif is fun and makes for a charming gift.I'm not a large, make that tall, person, so found it a bit large for my hands and returned. If you're gifting something for your aunt, and she works the docks or is a world class weightlifter, this is perfect. If auntie is on the petite side, this may be a tad awkward to maneuver.

The cup is great, and I have given several of them as gifts to friends and family members. Everyone is a fan! However, I ordered several more in November (from several other Amazon listings), expecting to give them as Christmas gifts. None of them have yet arrived yet (almost 2 months later). A week ago, I saw this listing which showed that it used Amazon Prime delivery. As a trial, I ordered a couple more cups, hoping to give them as belated Christmas gifts to recipients that certainly would have appreciated them -- late or not. The two cups arrived today. Yeah! Their boxes were in fine shape, but both of the cups were smashed to smithereens. I would give 5 stars for the product itself, but given the difficulties with delivery, they really don't deserve any stars. Frustration and disappointment.

This pretty blue mug with a well fitting lid is my favorite mug for anything hot. I usually drink Keurig coffee which is never really too hot, then I add my creamer which cools the coffee even more. The lid keeps the heat in nicely.

I really liked this design. It went on sale, so I ordered it in May 2023. It never got delivered. Kept getting notified of delays. I finally got told by Amazon to cancel and take the refund — my mug wasn’t coming

This is quality bone china - it's see through and really lovely. I bought this 2 years ago, and it's been my favorite cup of all time. Not long after I bought it, maybe a couple of months, I noticed a small, very fine hairline crack in the bottom. It eventually grew longer and as of last week, became large enough that it began to leak. I can't say if it was a fault in the cup or my fault (I put it in the dishwasher), but I'm buying another (and one for my son)! I love the size (it's large - 16 oz!) and it's gorgeous bone china. It was knocked off the counter and did not break after hitting porcelain tile floor. It is made of a high percentage of bone - only the lid chipped. Anything else would have been in pieces. If I have the same issue again with a hairline crack, I'll update my review and notify the seller.Update December 2022: I have had no more issues with cracking. I love, love these cups. They're beautiful, large capacity, and true bone china - they are see-through and tough. I want to buy 6 more. My only concern is if they're 3rd-party certified lead and cadmium free. Lots of tableware sold and even made in the USA is not lead free, contrary to what many people believe.

I thought how great!! What a great buy!!But, I never received it!Amazon refunded my money but, I would rather have the cup!

I just started drinking tea and this is the perfect vessel. The lid keeps my tea hot…never thought about this feature but it really comes in handy. The handle at first seemed dainty but I’ve used this every day since I got it and it holds up well. Easy to clean, too…no tea stains.

I like the handle on the lid
