this is a great collection of designs to work with ..some are easy, some are not, but all are beautiful.

This book has great designs, many are difficult though but they inspire me for my ceramic designs. Nice book with a great variety of designs.

I bought by the "new" specifications, but it was used and had all the pages with yellow water stains at the bottom of the pages, pretty ugly. Very disappointing.

I was always interested in Islamic designs, especially when I learned how to make some of them in geometry class in high school. I wanted this book as a reference, for which it was good. It also showed how to make some of the designs, but not all or most. However, something is better nothing, so for the price, I guess it's definitely worth it.

Not bad book design patterns

Islamic designs do not include animals or plants. Islamic art is purely geometric.
