For my requirement, this was a perfect fit. I could stay stress free and can get in touch with my kid whenever I want to. The GPS and geo-gating feature gives peace of mind and sense of security. Although looks a little heavy on the tiny wrist, but the features demand the size.After 8-9 months, the battery started to drain little quickly, upon reaching out to the customer service team, they arranged free pick up to their Delhi office and sent back after repair. It started working normally. A truly trustworthy company with product quality and customer support. Vaani from support team made sure the issue is addressed in time and with quality. I would highly recommend it for your kids, if you need that extra bit of piece of mind.

Absolutely cheating brand, please don’t event think of buying it for your kid - safety and quality issue. By mistake I have bought this, it stopped working within 2 days, SIM was not working. After follow-up of 2 weeks they picked the watch and delivered without addressing any problem and mentioned SORRY. Again after doing follow up they send a used watch which again worked for a day and then it was not charging. Again after following up they sent a new upgraded one Carepal Pro which worked again for 2 days and then automatically getting restarted. I requested them to refund the money and they are not ready and now they are not even responding in WhatsApp, call or email.

One of the worst product.. cheap manufacturing no support to register and cannot return the product, no sound clarity badly want to return and poor service from Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. 1) provided adaptor is not working, though its small issue.2) This particular watch when I purchased from Amazon shows location tracking but it never shows you accurate location.When I contacted customer care they mentioned it’s LBS tracking which shows location between 2 mobile tower. This is insane .I purchased this watch to secure my child not to find him between 2 mobile towers.3. Battery performance is not good, it’s merely a day. Considering this will be worn by children and charging on daily basis is tough task.Calling function is OK.Camera is worst ever.Conclusion: do not buy LBS watch and particularly this model. Buy 4G watch with GPS location tracking feature. Good batty is must.I don’t know why people have given good reviews for this product.

Brought this watch in November 2024.it was good . but after few days most of the time watch was getting switched off automatically. Gps was not working as expected.Battery wire is very delicate when trying to put the SIM inside.
