I really like this "pasta" has good taste and texture much better than the hearts of palm "pasta"

I have had their spaghetti product, and like most it’s a bit of a struggle to eat because it’s so much more chewy than traditional spaghetti. My local store did not carry fettuccine. I found it online and tried it. Excellent product!The noodle is, of course wider, but more important. They are cut shorter, making it easier to swallow. The texture is similar to a oriental noodle. Still very resilient to the bite, but much more manageable.Taste is neutral, but it does absorb sauces well. So far I have used it with red tomato sauce and several brown pan sauces.The true low carb count (not the net carbs that work so well for those following keto) is perfect for a low carb diet. Giving up pasta on a regular basis has been one of the most difficult things to deal with since being diagnosed with diabetes. I have spent the last year looking for a viable substitute and this has finally given me a reasonable option. I am currently awaiting their pene hoping for the same results.

The noodles are great! I've ordered before and it really is great to make mac & cheese with the noodles. Unfortuantly, my order was not fulfilled. They sent the spaghetti noodles. And although they have a strict no return policy, they referred me to Amazon Customer Service were great!

These tasted old like they had been on the shelf for too long !!!! They should send me a new batchand make sure they are not out of date !!!

Love this pasta! You won’t even notice it isn’t real pasta. Just make sure you drain it well, mix with your sauces and it absorbs the flavor. Small packaging so buy multiple!

I really like these. They remind me of rice noodles. Wash them very well and the scent will go away. Taste is actually similar to rice noodles as well.Did well in tomato based sauce, and I expect they would do well in a stir-fry as well.

Great substitute for carb noodles. Is expensive, would love to get for a better price

I was paying $4.99 for another brand per serving- it's just too much- and so I ordered this brand based on the good reviews. I love that you get 2 individual packets in one package! A perfect one person portion. Follow the excellent instructions-- rinse, and pat dry with a paper towel- and add to your dish. I fried mine with garlic butter first, and used it for a beef broccoli stir fry. LOVE THIS BRAND!!

Most of the packages have stale hard Noodles .

Taste good and the price is affordable compared to other brands.
