Do not recommend
I like a lot of other Dutchmans projects but this particular honey is not very appetizing.It has a reduced taste and smell, and a capillaty test brings out some water, so its safe to say it was harvested too early before dehydration and capping was done - OR water was added. However the sweetness is maybe 1.5 times as strong as regular honey, which suggests fructose syrup was added. None of this is displayed in nutritional values.I generally expect more from Dutchmans and quite a few of their products are on my shelves, but this particular jar is just disappointing.

This honey was tampered with, and watered down. I am a honey enthusiast and this was by far the worst honey I have ever purchased. They should call it liquid sugar, not honey!
