For the price you will not find anything faster. Lots of upgrade parts available, and is definitely tough. The transmitter is ok and plenty good for bashing. I would recommend buying a better charger and a few more batterys. The first one i received was clearly used, missing parts and no instructions. I was immediately sent another at no cost. I am happy and would order again.

The last RC car I had was back in the 90's, boy have things improved. This thing is an absolute monster just on it's stock 2s battery, I'm scared to see what it's like on 3s. Highly recommended to turn the throttle down on the remote until you get used to it or at least have some wide open space to play with it. It's got the kind of speed and power that I don't think will ever get old. Definitely have some spare CVD and dog bone drive shafts around because you're going to bend and break them with this thing. I'd also suggest getting the foam bumper (couldn't find it on here, found one on Ebay) to protect the front arms/suspension at the speeds it does. I knocked off one star because of the lag in the throttle from the stock remote control, but I will be fixing that problem with a DUMBORC X6 ($42 on here) with a gyro (the gyro should greatly improve stability at speed because she's squirrely).

This RC car right out of box with a 2S lipo battery as plenty of speed. Great value for the money.

Car is real fun. Had to buy some replacement parts due to crashing it.Only negative is that it came with two different sized batteries. One was 3100 mah. The other was a 1500 mah.
