Since her nickname is Izzy for Izabel, I think the 'I' should have a horizontal cross at the top and bottom. My only suggestion.

Cheaply made
The customer service is great. The first order was replaced immediately and then the second bracelet arrived and in less than a week, it was shredding and falling apart. I do not recommended this product.
