I didn't see anything magnetic about it when I ate it, I think it might be an attempt at warning about potential intestinal blockages caused by overconsumption of tapioca products. An analogous warning is on the bag, about eating it carefully. Amazon probably doesn't have that specific warning available for sellers to put on it though. California prop65 is probably referring to the packaging wrapper, due to the "do not microwave or eat the plastic wrapper" warning. It probably releases some carcinogenic chemicals if it's heated above a certain point, most plastics do.

I am just a reseller, I do not manufacture them. It is BOBA MILK TEA (TEA being the key word). It has Black TEA in it. To be on the safe side, we suggest dont look for things with TEA in it if you cant have any caffeine.
