As I’m nearing 40 I’m trying to look after myself more, by taking vitamins and supplements. My hair, skin, nails, joints and bones are very important to me, so I was keen to try some collagen after seeing a lot about it online lately and the benefits you get from it.I had no idea that collagen makes up to 30% to 40% of proteins in the human body and that as we get older we produce less of it, hence why a supplement like this is great as it gives you the extra boost needed!I have only been taking this for a week, so I’m unable to comment yet if there is a difference in my hair, skin and nails as it’s a little too early to say, however, I’m very happy with this product and just knowing that I’m giving my body a little bit of goodness each day makes me feel very happy.The bottle is enough to last you a month, it comes with a measuring cap. The cap shows up to 20ml but your daily dose is 25ml, so you will just need to fill the cap right to the top for one dose (as seen in my photos).The berry flavour is very sweet, yet surprisingly sugar free, you wouldn’t want to drink more than the daily dose though. It is a nice flavour and certainly palatable. I like that it comes in liquid form as it makes it much easier and quicker to take than the powder versions.The current price for this product is £22.49. This is a bit more than I’d usually want to spend on a supplement, but I don’t think you can put a price on health, so if after a month I am impressed with the results from this bottle I’ll be happy to purchase another.

I don’t often leave reviews but I have tried 5 different brands of collagen, and in my opinion this is delivering what I had hoped. The fine lines around my eyes are much less prominent, my nails are stronger too. It is the best one I have tried. My skin looks so good!

I used the collagen just to see what it would do. And I'm happy i did people are asking me what have I done I look like I'm getting younger it has tighted the skin in my face my nails are growing fast so is my hair and I'm loving it. My next order is going to be 3 or 4 bottles. If your thinking of buying this I think you need more than 1 bottle.
