I really like those J hooks, the look, design and size but they leave 1/5 inch or so gap when attached. Used Alien tape (flexible silicone like double sided tape) as a cushion and now they fit perfectly.

This review is for the 2x2 J Hooks with the 5/8 pin. First if you are considering this specific item, check your rack first, as power racks with these specs are rare, which was why I was happy to find this. Almost all 2x2 racks have 1-inch holes. We have a Titan Fitness X2 power rack, which is a nice, strong rack but was discontinued right after we bought it during the COVID lockdowns. Accessories are mostly unavailable, and this is the only J-Hook manufactured that fits the Titan X2 other than one from a Canadian brand called Northern Lights, which makes a metal-only J Hook without padding. Contrary to some other reviewers, we received both left and right hooks (some said they received two in the same direction). The pins are shorter than I would like - extending about a quarter inch beyond the rack. The padding feels like UHMW - not rubber. The fit is also a bit loose, which I blame more on Titan's metric sizes. However if you have an X2 I might keep super-heavy or overhead loads off this one. I will epoxy a metal shim inside to eliminate the wiggle, but we will probably use these more sparingly than the originals.

These j hooks fit on my titan t2 with 2x2 tubing and 1 inch holes, however, there is more slop compared to jhook that came with my rack. It works well for barbell rows and whatever exercise you would need j hooks for. They are priced well and have a plastic layer to preserve the knurling of your barbell and reduce noise. I wish the space inside the hook was a bit longer so it would be easier to rack the bar back, especially when you are performing a set close or to failure.I would recommend this, even though it came it bad condition from amazon warehouse, with chips of paint as a like new item. It's not really the fault of the company for amazon warehouse item

Great quality but the pins are small and the same side hooks don’t like it but for the quality ill keep them

My son is a competitive power lifter at 24 years old he put 663 pounds on these j hooks and did squats and they were great no bending or wear ,heavy duty solid well made

Great quality and very durable. I bought two sets for myself and my wife! Got rid of the stock j-cups I originally had with my rack.

Even though these look like sandwich J-Cups, the bottoms of these are exposed metal and will not protect your bar if you bang it on the way up. My real gripe though is that they are fairly loose in the holes so there is a lot of lateral movement, which just feels sketchy generally.

Great fit, great price

I've been using these for the past three weeks. They are solid. No issues with fitting my 2x2 rack, no issues with bending, and no issues with the plastic covering between the j-hook and the barbell. I was happy to see the coverage of that plastic is greater than I had anticipated. I would purchase again.The only thing of note - slightly weird that both hooks are the 'same side' but this doesn't affect their use and I don't notice when adjusting my rack.
