I've been the unhappy owner of giant boobs since puberty and have never been in a position to afford (or even want) breast reduction surgery. I have spent the past year shopping for minimiser bras and only 1 out of about 10 were actually worth the money. After purchasing a chest binder in desperation (terrible idea, don't waste your time) I decided to try a sports bra, come hell or high uniboob!This was the second sports bra I'd tried (after a very cheap one) and I'm pretty sure now my bra search is over. I deliberately purchased a cup size down from my other bras to increase the chances of compressing my cleavage, but maintained the band size. The result was a snug fit that minimised projection as good (if not better) than my fave minimiser bra. I waited all day for the discomfort that would surely come but it never did. No movement means no chafing but the real key to this bra's success is the the racerback design that re-allocates strain from the shoulders to the trunk of your neck (to accommodate arm flexibility in sports). This removes all the usual shoulder discomfort you get with any other type of bra.In addition, the blissful sensation of having a stationary chest is something I was not expecting or even thinking about. My sole concern was reducing my bust but within minutes of putting it on I was jogging up and down the stairs in a state of wonderment at my almost-motionless bosom! Apart from this feeling good it has me considering exercise for the first time in years, because now it feels possible.I guess there are a couple of minor 'cons' with all of these styles of sports bra: there are two fastenings instead of one (my own preference is to fasten the back, step into the bra, and then fasten the neck). And then of course there's the reason many women are dissuaded from even trying any sports bra: the supposed 'uniboob' effect. This is only an issue if you plan on wearing figure-hugging clothes or plunging necklines. And if you're shopping for something to take attention away from your chest it's highly unlikely this is what your wardrobe consists of. As I said earlier, I actually ordered a chest *binder* a while ago, so a slight uniboob hidden under my clothes is much better than where I was willing to go.Try this bra instead of yet another minimiser. I am 40D in standard bras and I ordered this in 40C and it was perfect. This was my personal choice and I never actually tried it in my usual size which may have worked out great too, I leave that choice to you!

In comparison to my old Shock Absorber Level 2 bra which, although better than a non-sport bra, still allowed a fair degree of bounce when running, this one is a huge improvement. There is absolutely none of sideways movement and everything is neatly held in place. It fits very tightly, there is no bulging over the front, the straps are wide and feel comfortable.Strap length is adjustable in a sufficiently wide range. The cup size is true to the size (34DD in my case), however, the band is a little smaller than a typical 34" bra. It still fits Ok on the last set of hooks and will probably stretch a bit with use, so I won't change it for a larger fit, just mentioning for those who are "in-between" two band sizes, get the larger one.The clasp on the back of the straps is a little tricky to fasten in situ, it's the sort that is often used on bikini tops (symmetrical plastic hooks that are pressed flat and click when closed). It's easy enough to undo it with one hand, but you will need both hands to fasten, which takes some stretching. An easy way is to leave it closed and put the straps over your head, just like a rider back bra.Overall, an excellent design and good quality. It might even improve my speed now there is no loss of energy on all that bounce ;-)

I bought this bra after I recently took up running, as I wanted something specifically intended for this kind of exercise. I already own a couple of Shock Absorber bras, but these are both intended for lower intensity exercise, and I tend to wear them on gym equipment such as cross trainers.The first thing to say about this bra is that it is incredibly comfortable. When I first went to put it on it felt like it was going to be very tight, but in fact it just sits snugly on the skin with no discomfort whatsoever. Also, rather than having to pull it over my head like I have to with my other Shock Absorber bras, this one fastens like a normal bra, with an extra clip at the top (which was a little fiddly the first time I tried it on, but I quickly got the knack). It feels incredibly well made, and as for its ability to control any unwanted "bounce" whilst running, it is simply brilliant. It really does support the bust extremely well, without leaving you feeling like you're restricted. I also personally found that the bra runs true to size.Really cannot recommend this highly enough, and I'll definitely be getting another.

Before I bought this I read a lot of reviews saying the sizes were quite small, I ordered one in my usual size and luckily it just about fit however it was very cozy on the tightest setting. I have worn this for several long runs and its been really good, almost no bounce at all and was really comfy, despite it being very tight fitting it was not at all uncomfortable to run it and was very supporting. Only downside to this product is its very difficult to change the strap lengths, the hooks are extremely stiff and difficult to change, once thats sorted though its perfect. I would definitely recommend this product but I think it would be advisable to get it in a width size up, think I was lucky that mine fit!

I read a lot of reviews on Amazon for this sports bra, many of which suggested to go up a cup and band size. Normally being a 32E in sports bras, I went for the 34F, which arrived today. The reviews weren't right for me! It's too big in the back and the cup!! So, I think everyone is gonna be different with the sizing on this. In a normal bra, I'm a 30E, so I'm gonna have to return and opt for a 32E, which I think will be about right (judging by the one I tried today). I really have struggled to get a good sports bra for playing competitive tennis that is supportive and gives a good shape, and snug but not over-tight on the band. I have a normal one so wanted a racer-back style. This seemed like the perfect choice, BUT will have to see if the normal-sized one fits!!** UPDATE **Mainly updating the review as I know just how hard it is to get a sports bra that fits well!! I got the 30E today, and it fits perfectly! Again, bearing in mind that I'm a 30E in a standard bra, the 32E in this one fits snug but not too tight on the band, and the cups cover well with no spillage around the edges!! I basically just open the clasps, pop it over my head, then fasten it behind my back. This won't be easy for everyone if you're not very flexible...Also, I have found the reviews saying the band/cup comes up small completely wrong for me. If you don't try one on in the shops first, then I'd say go for your usual cup size but go one band size up. That worked for me!! Now I've got the sizing right, I love it!!

I ordered this sports bra when embarking on the Couch to 5K in May, after I had heard that they were really good. Following some previous bad experiences, I had realised that the lack of an effective sports bra had prevented me from being as active as I could be. So, is it any good? Yes, and no is my answer. It’s comfortable on a run (I’m now running 10k), is wearing well and is definitely the best sports bra I have ever had (admittedly in a poor field). On the downside, it is very difficult to put on and I have also had to stitch the upper clasp together on the right to stop it from spontaneously coming undone when on a run.Before I bought it, I had read reviews which mentioned that it is hard to do up. They were not wrong! My solution is to do up the top clasp first and then put it on over my head and then do it up from behind as usual, followed by some inelegant hoicking. This was preferable to the former solution, which was having some help from my family. I do wonder if the designers can come up with something better - humans did put men on the moon more than 50 years ago, but still seem to struggle to make an effective and comfortable sports bra which a woman can get into independently. So, come on designers!!

Very happy with this sports bra: needed something hardcore for running and Body Combat classes (high intensity, lots of jumping.) Arrived very quickly. Photos show what upper fastening and strap adjustment look like, as well as what the inner material looks like.FIT - I bought my usual bra size (great that back and cup measurements are available) and it felt like it was too small when I first tried it on, but after using it for exercise, I think this "small fit" effect is intentional as if it were looser then it would lose some of the hardcore support. Shoulder straps can be adjusted (easier to do when not wearing as is a hook and "ladder" style system where you take the hook out and put it back in.) I wouldn't recommend having the top fastening done up if not doing exercise, as it can become a little bit uncomfortable. Tight fit gives me back fat but I don't really care because it does what it's supposed to do!SUPPORT - has two back fastening bands, which makes it super supportive: one at chest/under bust level (like a normal bra) and one at shoulder level which gives that extra shock absorber support.MATERIAL & FASTENINGS - sturdy and non see through material, synthetic but breathable. Strong clasps although the top shoulder clasp is a bit tricky to fasten and un fasten to start with (I recommend lifting arms over head and back to fasten while looking over shoulder in a mirror.) Can be worn with just the lower fastening done up for lower intensity exercise. I bought the purple & lime one, which can be worn under all colours except white, which it shows through.

I’ve given this a one, but would normally give a five star. I have bought several run shock absorbers bras before and have all been find. But this one has twinged several times from the first wear. The worse being at the weekend when just about to do sport - one side went then the other. It seems to be where the top clip slides in has just come under stuck so doesn’t keep the top together. So nearly had a disaster luckily I had a spare bra with me. !! Can I send back?? I’ve worn it several times and each time twinged

Habe mehrere zum probieren bestellt. Dieser war eindeutig der beste. Da drückt und wackelt nichts. Nutze ihn für den Reitsport....

Ich habe diesen BH zum Lauftraining (ehem. Leistungssportler) in einer 80 A gekauft.Positiv:- weich, elastisch, nix drückt oder engt ein- tolle Farbe- kein beklemmendes Gefühl bei stärkerer Atmung- auch mit kleinerer Oberweite schmiegt sich der BH, der eigentlich eher ein Bustier ist, gut an; keine Falten etc., grad bei unsymmetrischen Brüsten- bei 1,80m Größe sind die Träger lang genug; max. Einstellung zwar, aber passt noch ausreichendNegativ:Nun ja, nach diesen tollen Rezensionen und Testberichten, dachte ich, ich kriege hier einen BH, bei dem ich während des Trainings gar nicht mehr merke, dass ich Brüste habe! Das Hüpfen und Wackeln ist zwar deutlich reduziert, aber ganz weg eben leider nicht (und so viel hab ich nun auch nicht). Früher hatte ich einen leichten Push up mit Bustier drüber: da war wirklich Ruhe! ;-)) Nun dachte ich, ich brauche nur noch diesen einen hier... Leider nicht.Habe sonst eine 80B, den "shock absorber" jedoch in 80A genommen, da die "Kleinere" ja auch gut abgedeckt sein muss.Die "Anziehprobleme" verstehe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht: Schnalle geschlossen lassen, wie in einen Top reinschlüpfen, BH schließen wie immer. Fertig.Alles in allem, schon einer der Besten, aber bei mir halt nur zu 85%.

Ich war wirklich gespannt ob der BH hält was er verspricht. Und genau das tut er.Er sitzt super und man hat ein angenehmes Tragegefühl.Ich habe mir den BH zum Laufen gekauft und fühle mich währenddessen sehr gut- keine Schmerzen o.ä.!Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis 👍🏼

Der BH passt wie erwartet. Das Tragegefühl ist angenehm, ohne dabei einzuengen. Toll, dass es hier auch die Möglichkeit gibt einen Sport-BH für größere Unterbrustweiten (bis 95) zu erwerben! Absolut empfehlenswert!
