How do I measure for the right size?

Measure the circumference of the highest point of the arch of the foot and the inches it is will determine the size you need. Shoe size does NOT matter. The OSFM should be used for adults and NOT children.

The Cheetah Gen2 doesn't fit or is hard to put on. What should I do?

This product can be difficult to slip on to the foot because it's designed to fit snugly. Sometimes, two people are needed to help slip on for the first few times.

How do I clean the Tuli's Cheetah Gen2?

Its easily cleaned by hand washing using mild detergent and warm water. We recommend using 2Toms StinkFree Detergent. Rinse well and air dry.
