Colorado style banjo
For the price, it's pretty good. (I am a big fan of Marshalltown). They have great products. In my opinion, best in the trade....

good product
This product was good, although fatiguing for the arm. When loaded, the taper gets heavy and unweildly very quickly. I personally found that with my lack of muscle it was quicker and easier to use a taping knife and mud pan. The tool itself is built well, but knowing what I know now I probably wouldn't purchase it again. It is messy, has to be refilled really often, and is more difficult to clean than the mud pans, not to mention more expensive than buying the taping knives and mud pan.

Possibly the worst banjo on the market
I mistakenly thought this was Marshalltown's Tape Shooter but I guess this one is their cheap version. This thing starting falling apart right out of the box. It does fine pulling vertical seams but pulling horizontal is a problem because there's not a really good way to grip onto it. This thing didn't even make it through one job before I had to use different tools. And then when just cleaning it up the tape hinge broke and the body started deforming. Marshalltown is an otherwise great company but this one needs to back to the drawing board. This was just an $87 life lesson.

Good tool
I love this banjo. Works great for me and I haven't had any problems. I Fly through work and I let my partner borrow it sometimes cause hes too cheap to buy his own. I know there's some bad reviews but this company has bean around a while and they are usually pretty good with customers. You could always check their bbb review to feel more comfortable but take it from me. Awsome tool

Cheap junk.
Don’t buy this piece of ____. Hinges fell apart halfway through first use. Covered in unnecessarily sharp metal corners and edges. Great for tearing up your hands during cleaning. I can’t believe I spent 80 bucks on this pile of junk. It’s faster than hand taping inside corners but looks like the Delko banjo is well worth the extra 50 bucks.

Poor quality control
Used twice and each time a clamp fell off and needed to be riveted back on.
