Bad choice
It was a worst choice of procuring this item for my bedridden father thinking the hand rest would comfort him. Forget the support given by hand rest, the hand rest required support to be held straight. Also, on the very first day of the usage, my father had some wounds on his back.Thanks a lot, Amazon for allowing us to return the product and procure another one which is very useful and perfect for my father.
