It doesn't even work with 1 1/4 raw papers either, they are too big or this is too small. Wouldn't recommend buying either.

Depends on the size of the cigarillos being used, what length and thickness are they?

Only if you cut them. This is made for 1 1/4s

The roller comes with some rudimentary instructions and there are a number of instructive videos to be found on YouTube.
