Its an Electronic Magic Slate.
When I was a kid, my dad got me a magic slate. You know the one on which we could write and then open the flap and everything written would just disappear. This one works in a similar manner, the only difference is, it does not have a flap that opens instead it has a button that clears the screen. This is for the tech savvy kid who likes to flaunt this gadgets.

It will be use for kids playing as the battery was not much and the britness was low.

You get what you pay
Even though the price of 150 is lucrative enough to jump in to purchase it, trust me it’s not worth it. The build quality is poor and the edges almost starting to peel off.
