Worked well and a nice replacement for two prong hooks
I bought these to replace the hooks that came with my Hamilton Beach Rostisserie, Convection, Toaster Oven. These have 4 hooks which gives me moe control when trying to secure the meat to allow the oven to turn and evenly cook the meat. I used it on a pork loin roast which was not large enough for the hooks to go into the roast but it securely held it in a nice neat bundle and allowed the rotisserie to turn smoothly with no unnecessary strain on the mechanisim. I highly suggest that if you purchase a rostisserie that has only two pronged hooks you buy these for better control.

Spin the Chicken
I purchased a ten in one convention oven for my wife (for Christmas). The forks that came with the rotisserie set was not ideal, so I purchased this and some twine. Our chicken looked better than the one they serve in Sam’s Club.

What's to know?
They work as they should; good value.

Heavy duty?
I wouldn't call these heavy duty. I do like the fact that they are small because they will be good for those smaller items that the normal sized forks barely hold. THey would be excellent for say... Cornish hens? The screws that hold the forks to the spit are ok but small and hard to hold. I don't know if they will hold up to that much abuse. Sometimes, I have had to use pliers to get the screws lose or tight enough on my other forks. I am not sure that these would handle that.

Make your spit motor last longer
I love rotisserie food but often find the two-pronged forks that come with the rotisserie don't secure the meat/birds/etc. securely enough. This product does just that and you don't hear the annoying "plop" at the finish of each turn of the spit -- which indicates you're burning out your motor because whatever's cooking isn't fully balanced.

too small for a standard rotisserie
We have a standard rotisserie from BBQ's Galore and wanted a second set of meat forks to be able to roast two chickens at once. The hole that the skewer goes through was too small and we weren't able to use the forks. I wish the product description had the diameter of the hole in the forks so we could have compared them to our existing forks. The postage would have been as much as the forks cost to return them so we are stuck.

Good // not excellent // but good
I was hopping that it would be a beefy/heffy/ strong as the orginal. It work's ok and there is no problem I was looking for something stronger more heffty /(if you would) Kind of worried about using it because it doesn't or didn't appear to be able to produce what it was made for. All work well for the price.

Did you say Barbeque?
Used this summer for a pig roast and worked out great. Sturdy and very sharp with little protective ends for storing.
